As a working mum of a very energetic toddler I know how busy life can be and how hard it is for us to take time out for ourselves.

My live fitness classes are 30-40 minutes long and are scheduled to best accommodate busy lifestyles. All live classes are recorded so if you miss a class you don’t have to miss out on the workout.

Mums are busy.

Mums are the busiest people on the planet and it’s sometimes hard for us to take time out for ourselves. My live classes are scheduled around the busy times with little ones. All you need to do is show up and I’ll do the rest!

Do I have to be ‘fit’ to join?

Everyone is welcome! Modifications are always offered for all levels, beginner to advanced, to ensure you feel confident and safe that you’re doing every exercise correctly.

How long are the classes and PT sessions?

Online live classes are 30-40 minutes and personal training sessions are one hour.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment is required for any of the live online classes. All you need is a mat or towel and a device to connect to the live class via Zoom.

If you are doing one-to-one personal training sessions the equipment required will be discussed during the initial consultation.

To achieve the best results for you, I refine and adjust your technique through modifications during workouts.

What if I can’t make a class or personal training session that I’ve booked?

You can cancel or rebook any live online class up to 3 hours before the start time. If you can’t make the class but want to be able to catch up later, stay booked on and I’ll email you a link to a recording of that live class.

Personal training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
