Full Body Strength

The Class

Start your weekend with a 40-minute full body strength workout using dumbbells. Don’t worry if you don’t have any weights, grab a cushion, a couple water bottles or just use your beautiful body. There will be a mix of strength, cardio and we’ll wind down with some relaxing stretches to set you up for the day!

No equipment needed, but weights or two small water bottles are a plus.
