Having tried many different diets and workout dvds, nothing has worked as well as my sessions with Shannon. She has helped me when I haven’t felt motivated, managed to get me to eat breakfast and has helped me keep on track with my goals. I wanted to lose weight and tone up, and I wouldn’t have done it without the support and expertise from Shannon. The workouts are always varied and the exercise programme has given me much more energy. Thank you!
