I wanted to get into shape for my wedding paying particular attention to my arms. Shannon devised a fitness plan with lots of different routines focussing on each muscle area and the results were amazing, I never thought we could make such a difference in what was only 12 weeks.

The workouts were hard but they were easy to follow on my own and seeing Shannon really helped with my motivation. I would highly recommend Shannon, whether you want to aim for a special occasion or want overall fitness.
