Working out with Shannon has been such an inspiration. She is really knowledgeable and has helped me change old bad habits in such a short space of time that I’ve been trying to crack for years!

Only 5 weeks in and I was so pleased with the results, including a 3 inch loss round my waist. The key has definitely been consistently doing a workout most days. Before I started I thought that would be impossible (and dull) with juggling work, 2 small boys, and everyday life, however with Shannon’s guidance and tailored workouts I have found it is very possible, enjoyable (mostly!) and the results drive me on. I look forward to continued success!
