I always thought that exercise was not my thing. I lacked confidence in a gym environment and thought people would be watching and judging me.

Being trained by Shannon changed all of that. The first few weeks were tough but Shannon kept me motivated towards my goal. Within four weeks I noticed the results both in my body shape and my fitness levels, and by the end of my 12 week programme I lost 22 cm (9 inches) and 4% bodyfat!

Shannon was always giving me positive praise and never judged or criticised me which really helped to build on my confidence levels. I now have the confidence to work out in the gym and at home and I love it! Fab girl fitness has changed my life and I haven’t looked back since.
